Can YALL give me some advice please, I’m 15 6’3, I’m rlly skinny like 60 kg, I don’t rly get women so tell me what I should work on.
(Btw all these pics r like 1 month apart so that’s why my hair looks diff)

Ok I’ll just try and make this short and simple although dis shi gon be long.

1. Use clenser twice in day, lotion twice a day, and sunscreen in morning.

2. Get a cleaner diet by eating Whole Foods (eat foods you’d find in the wild)

3. Sleep more (8-10 hrs)

4. Stay hydrated (basically, bring water everywhere you go)

5. Bulk up by Workout and eating. For your body weight; per day, eat 92.5939g of protein, 330g of carbs, and 105.648475g of fats per day! You should also bulk up to 200+ LBS of PURE MUSCLE if possible!

6. Do a martial art of any other sport for fat loss and stay lean

7. Brush teeth twice a day, floss in morning, tongue scrape in morning, whitening strips in morning, and mouth wash.

Optional:

1. Take Vitamin D supplement with meal in morning

2. Take Collogen supplement in morning with meal

So you see, this is what it’s gon take to build a good foundation. It may be a little tough to gain 200+ LBS of PURE MUSCLES but I believe you can do it! If you have questions, feel free to ask me! :)

Im 6'3.5 barefoot and 6'4.5 in shoes, simple as that dont lie, this is why everyone makes 6 foot sound short everyone is glorifying you for your height but youre not even 6'3 lol

I think most people wanna appear taller dude but good for u being 1.5 inches taller then me 👍
