Update on sleepingn on my back

Sleeping on the back = Chad trait

I sleep facing down for years, no wonder water retain on my face.

Woke up this morning after sleeping or laying down for 16h, lowest oxygen saturation is 93%. AND NO WATER RETENTION ON MY FACE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN YEARS. Actually there are some but still very minimal compared to sleeping on my side or facial down.


However, it was uncomfortable as fck

LOL lying on glass will of course make your face look bad but a soft pillow does not do this lol your face is completely flat no creases on a pillow ,there is lots of 60 year old who have slept on one side there whole lives and not one of them look more wrinkly on one side(which would happen on most ppl if this theory was real) bc side sleeping doesnt cause them lol its cope we are meant to side sleep

There are studies that participants slept on their wide with normal pillow case causing wrinkle more than satin or whatever material that is smooth
