All I can think of is Japan. It seems that their normie level is autistic level by western standards.

Africans are the least likely to be autustic. Autism can be caused by being ugly and high inhib.

Yeah I've noticed that too. Most low inhib races : black, Arab, Latino

Most high inhib races : curry, rice
