My biggest fear about surgerymax

Is not that I get a bad job done or suffer possible health complications, that’s a risk I’m willing to take. My biggest fear is the I get a better outcome than I expected and still remain a mentalcel. My main drive to looksmax is not become more attractive( that’s just a plus) but to finally put an end to my insecurities so I can focus on other things in life. What’s the point of ascending if I’m not able to reap the rewards. How can I ntmaxx and become a low inhib slayer ?
